At Home Workout

Hi! I have an at-home full-body workout for you. Are you running short on time? Or enjoy working out at home? This 30-45 minute workout will get your heart rate up! (timing of workout depends on how much time you rest between stations)

This workout will be in time segments. You will do 45 seconds of work then 15 seconds of rest for each movement.  After that 15 second rest, you begin the next exercise at the top of the next minute, then do that exercise for 45 seconds, then rest for 15..and so on. You can use the timer on your phone OR I LOVE the “interval timer” app. It is free on the app store. You can then go into the app and set up the 45/15 yourself and it will beep so you’ll know when to rest/begin again etc.
